Ingredients
    For Curry Paste:
  • 2 onions, roughly chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 -inch piece of ginger, peeled
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For Curry:
  • 500 g fish fillets (any white fish like cod or tilapia), cut into chunks)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
